Executive Assistant (Maternity Cover, 12-Month Fixed Term Contract) - Manchester City Centre, Hybrid Working

This full-time role will be based in the Manchester office with hybrid working options. As an Executive Assistant, you will support the Real Estate National Service Line (NSL) and work alongside Document Production Specialists and Administration Assistants. You will report to the Executive Support Manager or Executive Support Team Leader and provide high-quality support to the client's lawyers.

About the Client:

The Client is a leading law firm offering a full range of legal services, with offices based throughout the UK, including London, Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds and Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with lawyers, supporting all aspects of client relationship management
  • Maintain client sites, NSL, and sector information on the firm's intranet, including FELIX know-how.
  • Proactively assist with business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Actively mentor, coach, or train others within the team.
  • Take responsibility for personal development and expand knowledge of the team, NSL, and the wider business.
  • Innovate and suggest improvements for more efficient working practices.
  • Monitor and manage lawyer's inboxes, responding to emails and filing appropriately.
  • Plan and manage work flow, delegating tasks as necessary.
  • Handle all aspects of file administration, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Maintain and update lawyer's CVs/biographies and assist with official form submissions.
  • Provide support with Interaction, ensuring contacts and business development activities are up to date.
