We are currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking Debt Collector for an immediate start in a temporary position based in Wateringbury. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and driven individual who is ready to commit to a new challenge and has the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Contacting debtors and implementing repayment schedules and terms.
  • Negotiating payment plans with individuals or businesses when required.
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity and account status.
  • Handling debtor enquiries and resolving disputes related to billing.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to reconcile accounts receivable.
  • Ensuring compliance with debt collection laws and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • Previous experience in debt collection or a similar finance role.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Immediate availability to commit to a temporary role.
