Are you an engaging individual who is known for their exceptional organisational skills, with a love for delivering first class support? We have just the role for you as a Business Services Co-ordinator.

This permanent contract is for 30 hours per week.

What it's like to work here

You'll be part of a team providing Business Services to a busy Portfolio of National Trust sites in Co Fermanagh.  You’ll be based at the office at Florence Court but you’ll work at both Castle Coole and Crom estate on occasions.  You will support the team along with your Assistant Business Services Co Ordinator.  We are a small but busy team, multi skilled with support from our volunteers, we have a one team approach.

We're looking for someone with a strong administrative skillset, able to turn their hand to whatever comes their way – whether it’s helping with archiving, helping a property with purchasing, or supporting our volunteers, you’ll want to help others to the best of your ability.  You'll need to be well organised, skilled in IT packages such as Microsoft and able to juggle lots of competing tasks.  The role will require you to carry out some weekend work and Duty Management on a rota basis.  

The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you’ll have to love variety. As well as supporting day to day operations, you’ll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team. You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business support, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something.
