Salary: up to £38,000 basic salary plus signing on bonus & various benefits

Monday to Friday 7am to 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Auto Electrician for our clients commercial site in Angus. Our client is a specialist in PSV and HGV so we are looking for someone with a proven background within Auto Electrics, ideally you will have worked on PSV or HGV though we will consider someone who has worked on cars and / or vans.

Auto Electrician role

• Working on the company's fleet, working with the different aspects of the workshop and carrying out work to a high standard.
• Overseeing the vehicles to see if any preventative work needs to be done.
• Diagnose and repair any electrical issues.
• Making sure all service repairs are in line with company policies so the vehicles can get back on the roads.
• Wiring, lights and all electrical components.
• System testing
• Applying any upgrades as per manufacturer and company policies.
• Making sure all work complies with health and safety.

Auto Electrician requirements

• Must have previous experience working as an Auto Electrician - ideally a PSV or HGV though we will consider someone with car or van experience.
• Excellent management skills and eye for detail
• Full driving licence
