A fantastic permanent opportunity for a full time Accounts Assistant role based in Stockport with flexible working available.

Description

The duties include:

  • Daily Reconciliations of Bank Accounts
  • Posting Bank Transactions to Reconcile
  • Purchase Ledger, raising and posting supplier payments, imputing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier accounts
  • Daily Exchange Rate Input
  • Inputting and Reconciling of intercompany transactions
  • Daily Journal Processing and imputing for Cash in Transit Transactions to reconcile to the bank account
  • Accruals and prepayments schedules maintenance and journal preparation
  • Processing payments
  • Processing recharge invoices
  • Processing and Reconciling Weekly expenses
  • Month End Procedures including Balancing Sales and Cost of Sales for all Entities within the group
  • Completion of specific Monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have experience in transactional finance processing - Essential
  • Be a strong communicator - Essential
  • Have experience with month end - Desirable
  • Be studying towards AAT - Desirable
  • Have experience with finance system Microsoft Dynamics - Desirable

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay up to £30,000 + 1,000 annual bonus + AAT study support + flexible working + 1pm Friday finish + Parking + Pension
